DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024
DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme is launched by the Delhi Development Authority in 2024. In which the government will be proving houses to all the eligible people who live in Delhi at very affordable price. This scheme is playing a crucial role in enhancing the living standards of financially struggling people as it offers over 34000 flats with starting price range of 11.4 lakhs. DDA General Housing Scheme 2024
This DDA General Housing scheme is also released by the Delhi Development Authority. This scheme will offer a total of 5,400 flats to the higher-income group, mid-income group and EWS or LIG categories. These flats will be allocated in Jasola, Lok Nayak Puram and Nerala with the starting price of approximately Rs. 29 lakhs.
DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024
DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 is also designed by the Delhi Development Authority. This scheme has mainly 173 flats to offer in sector 14, 16B and 19B in Dwarka. The starting price of these flats is around 1.28 crore. DDA flats will be allocated through e-auction. This unit of providing housing scheme will provide flats to MIG and HIG categories.
