Step 1: First of all. You need to head over to the official website o the scheme. 

Step 2: On the homepage of the site, you will need to select the option appear as District of Assam State as per your preference. 

Step 3: You will be redirected to a new where you need to select any block as per the job card holder choice. 

Step 4: After that, a list of Panchayat will show on your screen, now you need to click on any of the Panchayat as per your preference.
